Has anyone ever got a MAC code ot of SKY & is there a cooling off period in which to cancel without penalty

Once connected you have 8 days to cancel.
As for the MAC they are like gold dust

A MAC would be of little use unless your on the connect package and yes there is a cooling off period don't remember how long but I think its around 10 days.
Just checked the letter and it says 8 working days from activation

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
