      tier 3 skybroadband tech support

I now have a direct number for Tier 3 so I am now able to bypass Sky Tech Support and go straight through to Tier 3

They do take a while to answer the phone but they are very helpful. They actually work for Easy Net in Somerset.

You go through to Tier 1 and then the ticket is raised and passed to Easynet to deal with.

      Hi Sam

      As it would get removed

If you want to get the number then there is a PM function, however last time we let a number go out on here, it generated too much work for too few staff, and we were nicely asked if we could remove it.

      Hope you understand.
