    At last!

    This is a discussion on At last! within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; Back online as of yesterday. Speeds all over the place at the moment but at least it's working. Not sure ...

      At last!

      Back online as of yesterday. Speeds all over the place at the moment but at least it's working.

      Not sure if that contact worked Psycho but two days after I recieved a reply I was back online m8.
      Cheers for the help.

      7 weeks wait in all.
      Tie pairs SHIFTED lol

      How did u manage that adder? Tie pairs shifting. Still waiting nealry 5 months. Any help welcome.

      Hi Sam.

      Don't know if the e mail address Psycho gave me was any help.
      I was told on the 11th Jan that the tie pair job was definately going through and would take ten days (as per usual)

      Emailed the CS person that Psycho gave me on 15th Jan and told her what was going on and that if it wern't fixed within a week I was cancelling my TV and BB.

      She replied on the 16th saying she would look into and liase with their (escalating team or something)
      Woke up yesterday morning and internet light was on and all working!

      So I'm not sure if it was the e mail I sent or the repair was done within the ten days they promised....

      I'll PM you the e mail addy, write her a long e mail explaining your troubles. Y never know m8.
