      I been without bb for 5 days now, after countless call to sky still waiting for tier 3 to get back to me. No Ip address in router and error code 300.

      That's the same as me (assuming you'd had working Sky BB in the run up to it).

      It's flipping annoying not having interent after it worked fine for 4 months.

      Got to be something wrong at the SKY end.

      i also have the problem of not getting an ip address. iv been without the internet for 5 days. i thought it might be temporary and may hyave been caused by the heavy winds last week. i phoned sky two days later and they said that they'll phone me within 5 days. im still waiting for their call.
      in connection status i get chap authentication failed. iv tried doing a system restore but i still get the problem.

      they suposed to regrading my line today, only took 8 days. not heard anything yet though

      I am getting fed up now!! After having a stable connection for 2 months, My connection is now up and down like a yoyo! Lost connection again last night for the 4th night in a row, it was down this morning and again when I came in tonight, took me an hour to get it running, Keeped rebooting the router couldn't maintain an ADSL connection, even tried a brand new router which Sky sent me by mistake, still no go! Then finally it has now come up. I just cant be bothered to ring Sky. Much more of this and I am walking more expensive or not!!

      Well my line was suposed to be regraded yesterday, And guess what, nothing,, think i will quit sky tv and bb now. How can they take so long in sorting a little problem out.
      Sky is a joke

      Still waiting for my tier 3 phone call, but i'm sure SKy have being doing something.

      My router has been completely reset without me knowing about it - I'd changed the admin password and network ssid to my own, but when i got home yesterday they had reverted back to the factory defaults.

      Guess it means sky were trying to do something but still no luck in having working internet.

      Sky have now informed me that my line has ben hijacked by another adsl provider. Tier 3 and provisioning have been great - once i got the first call frm tier 3. But am furious that some toe-rag isp has taken over my line, inconveninencing me and my family and don't even have the cheek to tell me that they've done it - especially when i'm quite happy with Sky.

      Sky are working on resolving it through the person that deals with all the hijack cases - sounds like a common problem.
