Another update - Parceline delivered my router this morning (wasn't in on Tuesday) - I actully got 2! Spoke to Sky again to ask how my cancellation was going and was told someone is looking at it, but they are not sure when it will be done (although last time I rang they said 24th)!

My MAC code expires on the 11th Feb so Sky better get it sorted before then - really starting to wish I hadn't bothered

      Re: Order delay status?

Yet another update - I still haven't sucessfully had my problems sorted so today I put in a complaint (after again been told a number of different stories). I have just recieved an email from Sky stating that BT have been contacted directly by Sky to ask them to put a cease on my line. This will then allow Sky to raise a new order (no timescale as to when this will happen though)!

Does ceasing my line mean I will be without broadband completely while the new order goes through?

      Cheers

I have also asked Sky to confirm this but thought as much; it just gets better!

I take it I should see this in the BT tracker?

      Sorry for all the questions!

      Thanks

Yet another update - I won't bore you with the various phone calls I have made to Sky, but my order is now with the service recovery team and I am awaiting a call from them.

I have also been told I can not contact them (donít take inbound calls); got to say this is an absolute shambles, and all because Sky inputted my Mac code wrong to start with!
