      Dreaded Tie Pairs AGAIN !

Was supposed to have gone live on 15th Jan 2007, Moday. But as expected, no Internet lights on. Told to wait till midnight and next morning. No joy. Was one hour with Tier 3 and guess what they say ? Its tie pair shifts and wait another 10 days. How crass can this get ? WHat the heck have they been doing for the last 4months dishing out tie pairs as the excuse?

I have been give this excuse for more than 4 months to be finaly told "your tiepairs have landed and fixed in the exchange" and activation on 15th.

Back to square one. BT tracker says they have doen what is required on 15th morning. Now is up to Easynet engineers to do whatever is needed to activate.

I think if they dont know how to fix things, blame the flippin' tie pairs and tell customers to wait 10 more days and get them off "their" backs to stop them chasing.

At my wits end now, beyond swear words too! HELP HELP HELP anyone.

how you managed to get a hold of T3 support that quick, i've been trying for the best part of a week and a half to speak to some people who's got a clue about the service but all I get is T1 who just seem to pass info to T3 via the tickets.
