    What a waste of paper

      What a waste of paper

      I received 3 letters from Sky to-day.
      one to tell me my activation date....Sept 7th 2006/12

      2nd one to tell me my user name...er! Hello!! I told you sky

      3rd one to tell me my password, Must be in a foreign language,
      Cos, I can't pronounce it

      Would it not have made sense to put it all in one letter
      Not that I would even think of complaining

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      My letter confirming my router had been ordered and would soon be despatched also contained my username and password?

      Same here. Still waiting for it even though I had the letter a couple of weeks ago now.

      I have a username but no password!

      Maybe thats because i signed up to the website before and have a password!
