      Not really when did you get connected?

      Not that it matters I would be calling SkyBB TS and finding out whats going on as those speeds are way off the mark.

      I have only sen those kinds of speed when people have just been connect and BT have sent them to SkyBB that way.

      Yep then call TS on 0800 051 2595 and tell them they should be able to sort it out.

      well sky said that they are doing work at my exchange and iv to phone in a few days to double check everything

      i was getting these sort of connection speeds with my last provider 'madasafish' but they wernt on adsl 2 should i expect thses connection speeds with sky

      Yep I think they normally say 3 days for it to settle down anyway good luck and hope they fix you soon

      well here is an update of my stats

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 768 kbps 128 kbps
      Line Attenuation 44.0 db 31.5 db
      Noise Margin 7.1 db 7.0 db


      and i called sky they were very nice & they ran a speed test on my line and said due to how far away i was to the exchange an phone lines and stuff i should only recive 512kbps but as above im on 768kbps so im a happy bunny every thing is going fine but !!!!

      when i turn off my old router that is not long getting any adsl signal my sky box's internet light go's off and i get no internet intill i turn it on again any help plz
