      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      I have never used them so not sure but there have been some post that have said they do it within 24 hours and some that have said they have had no replies.

      I used the Tech Support alot and found them usually repsonding within 24 hrs.

      Best advice I can give is in your email request that the ticket that is created makes refernece to full details available in your email otherwiseI get the impression they create the ticket and just put 'connection problems' without the detail. They end up fixing a completly different problem to what you report.

      All in all I find the Tech Supp email support extremely valuable.

      yep sent an Email quoting the ticket number and also explaining clearly why the ticket was opened and what I believe to be the problem and passible fix for them to look into.

      heres hoping for a response by tomorrow.

      thanks mate, hopefully I'll at least see some movement tomorrow as so far its just been waiting for calls back with no forward movement at so far Plus there charging me for it, or at least they think they are
