      well got a response from the email in the form of a phone call. Apparently the guy who I spoke to on Monday didn't record a great deal pf info on the ticket report regarding my problem. So the guy i've spoken to as added a little more and he agrees with me that its that the equipment at the exahcnge hasn't been switched over.

      SOoooooo i've now been told to wait up to Another 5 working days for some action and if nothing is sorted or they don't get back to me phone again

      Just a suggetion, perhaps it might be an idea to put those addresses somewhere as it took me a while to find the customer service one.
