Who knows how an ISP's mind works I bet they don't even know half the time but at least when it happens you will know as your connect will be gone.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

True, fair point, would be a way I could push them into it, i just wish the migration from LLU to another ISP isnt online yet. Its just madness how they can take so long to cancel it. Fair enough it takes a while to clear the line, but it is just the fact that I am told it is being cancelled and when I check on it they have no records of the job being done.

Thanks for your help Wheelie. I am just going to keep on top of this now because I just cant afford to be without the internet for too long, I am just lucky to be able to use my neighbours WiFi while I sort it all out.

get order status to test the line, skys system looks for the area code, if u have talktalk orange postoffice contarts even on a bt line skys system will see as non bt, but you can get sky, since sky bought uk online i'd speak to tier 3 on the sky side. say you done sky test and got error code 300 demand to speak to tier3 when the tier3 agent comes on the phone tell him whats happeneing

My problem now BWSB is waiting for the contract to cancel, I worked out why it said what it did. I do have sky talk though but that won't make any difference?
