Have you called Sky to see if its ok from their end, BT usually cause delays.

Good tip, shame on me for not thinking about it myself.

Just got off the phone, apparantly there is a problem with my MAC key. She couldn't tell me much else except they will retry and phone me tomorrow.

Annoyed that they didn't phone me in the first place to tell me there was a problem,

why don't you just check your own activation date online?http://www2.bt.com/btPortal/applicat...teArea=btb.bot

here you can see all orderson your line and the completion date.

click 'track your landline order' you may need 2 make an account and input your bt phone line account phone and account number. Then you can see all orders and their status

I have just phoned Sky and cannot believe what I'm being told there is a problem with my Exchange Equipment and is in the hands of BT they had an activation date which was 23rd August which never happened so now it is 25th September which means 13th September I pay for another month with Free Online I did'nt think it would be this much trouble so I will have to supply another mac code to them.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
