I'm 100% sure im not connected. Using my old ISP as I write this message.

Well, I was due to be activated tomorrow, got home found my connection was down with my outgoing ISP, plugged the Sky box in....nothing.
An hour later I try again and I'm now connected via Sky with a rather un-impressive download speed of 5.11Mbps (my stats suggest I should achieve 10-14MB).
Oh well, time will tell and we shall see.
