      Question Ordering Sky BB problems

      Hello, I Phoned on 06/01/07 @ 14:50Hrs using 0800 0512595 as Im suposed to be activated on the 9th Jan and they say account has been not been "datafixed". Modem wont be sent out for 10 days

      What does this mean? Is this correct?
      Current PC System:
      Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping 2.66Ghz
      Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R Motherboard
      XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
      Patriot Viper 6GB DDR3 PC3-12800 (1600MHz) Low Latency Tri-Channel
      Windows 7 Premium SP1

      Well, I got a phonecall this morning from SKy, 0800 051 2592 was the number on the CLID, the bloke said he got my email and they will send my modem out today.. Now lets see what happens!

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
