    Tier 3 - Given up - had enough

      Tier 3 - Given up - had enough

      First posted in November, been through all the problems re no dial tone, tie pairs, tier 3,customer service, complaints etc but have I got broadband no.

      If anybody out there at sky cares please give me a call re ticket Number 141937, its now two months is anyone interested in my case.

      Just about had enough lost all confidence in advice ?

      Last told its the tie pairs and they were all sorted, surprise surprise line went dead again and no dial tone which was were I started in November.

      Help !................................................. ................................................

      I give up, if anyone from Tier 3 reads this just read my ticket number notes and then have a read of the whole saga. What an absolute disgrace people say they will ring back and they dont I give up no one cares.

      Same here Paul. Waiting since August. Today deadline , else cancellations tmrw incl TV. But i hear cancellation and line freeing/ de-tagging is another nightmare saga too one has to endure.

      TIE PAIR JOBS ANYONE ?

      sure there's a business worth setting up for Tie pair repairs

      3 months no net not funny
      sky broadband just gets better new 23rd Feb 2011

      I did try putting my ticket number on my thread but to no avail.

      I am really sorry to see this tie pairs problem is still there, I wish SkyBB and BTW or OpenReach or what ever they want to call themselves would get there act together once and for all.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
