      Once again i have a problem and also find i'm not the only one!


      I'm on Connect too and should be on Max by now! Exchange was done last year and Sky web site has said i can have Max for some time.
      Passed from department to department, to eventualy be told 'Wait for E-mail or Letter'.

      I have e-mailed Sky BB Cust support and got, i guess, the standard 'Sorry for the delay, don't know when it will be', reply.

      Checked on the BT system and found no orders against my line.

      Problem after problem after problem... Fob off after fob off after fob off.... Delay after delay after delay...

      Sky really really is the sucks!!

      phoned sky order status today, was supposed to be put on to max package today but was told their is a (yet another) problem. also told i needed to speak to customer service. got put through to some clown who said that sky would contact me when i could be upgraded. anyway, the upshot was i asked them to cancel the broadband which they apparently did. unbelievable. seems the new policy is to just cancel the account.

      i wait to see if they can even do that right.
