    I have cancelled Sky Broadband, but still can't order broadband

      Angry I have cancelled Sky Broadband, but still can't order broadband



      I have cancelled my Sky Broadband Base because of numerous problems with it on 4 November 2006, but until now it still has it mark on my telephone line and can't order another broadband to a different provider. They always say that I'vegot broadband on my line. I've phone the Provisioning Department, and said that they will sort this out for me, which is a lie. Please give me advice on what to do. They said it will only take 4 weeks to clear my line, but it's been 9 weeks now. I have dial-up pay as you go at the moment to have some internet connection.

      Well I wish I could tell you who to speak to Tez. I know that doesn't help you mate.

      I would say your best bet is to Speak with the provisioning & demand they remove their mark from your line straight away. If they don't then explain to them that you are going to complain to OFCOM

      Removal of a tag is covered here:
