Re: Sky BB Max User low connection speed why?

Have you tried the test socket in the master socket?

Try that and repost your stats

Re: Sky BB Max User low connection speed why?

      My stats are similar

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 6432 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 45.0 db 28.0 db
Noise Margin 6.3 db 22.0 db

So there is something not right.

Have you tried a different filter? and when you tried the master socket, did you take the faceplate off and plug in behind it?

Yep, if you already havent, Just test singly in the test socket, if the speeds improve you may need to change your wiring!

No. The wire rarely follows a straight line.

Re: Sky BB Max User low connection speed why?

There has to be something wrong, you should definitely be getting a better speed than that.

Have you rang Sky to find out?
