Re: any way to connect with Win 98?

Thanks I have tried to run winipcfg and then when I select the wireless network card I am unable to release it, nothing happens. The laptop sees the network and the signal strength is 52%. The CD from Sky wouldn't run in Win 98 to setup the network if that was really necessary.

Anything else I can try? This isn't vital but I would like to be able to use this laptop on the BB in another room.

Try changing the routers encryption to WEP. Most things support that better than WPA.
