      Acquiring Network Address...??

      Hello all... recently got Sky BB, all working OK including wireless laptop connection. Then suddenly, the laptop is saying it's connected but is acquiring network address. Nothing happens. Have left it for hours on end and it still does nothing...Have rebooted, reinstalled, everything i know of trying. Can anybody please help me?? Thanks in advance, Jo

      Is it the same if laptop connected via cable?

      Just remembered how I solved this;

      Goto Control Panel, Administrative tools, Services, go down to "DHCP Client", right click.

      Now click select "start", unless greyed out. Goto to properties and check "start up type" in set to automatic.
