      oh kool il check it out..fingers crossed. Btw despite getting the red circle in utorrent my download speeds reached 300kb/s my best yet, was connected to plenty of seeds and peers. Weird.

      If you getting 300kb/s I doubt its a firewall issue then, as the firewall would normally block all traffic for that particular program.

      If you are using XP: Go to Start --> Help and support --> use system Restore to undo changes. Choose a date from the calendar inside of restore that is prior to ZA being installed

      thats what i was wondering why i was getting speed like that when utorrent is saying that traffic is being limited and i should open a port. I also have encryption set to forced whereas before my speed was about 170kb/s.

      You can get fast speeds on good torrents when unconnectable. Basically it means that you no one can initiate conections to you, but you can inititate connections to them. So if there are lots of people to connect to you will not see a huge difference.
