Connected or not connected.. that is the question??

      Hi,
I have a strange issue with Sky BB. I have problems downloading web pages even though i appear to be still connected to the internet. I know i am connected as i can still view the status of game (Counterstrike) servers but it just won't download a webpage. This happens most often, but not always, after i have disconnected from the game server and i have to unplug the router (sky supplied) before it will work again.

I also continuously have to unplug the router when just surfing the net. I can understand that i may have a router / connection problem, but i am confused about how the web pages won't download when i can still view/connect to the game servers and also why this happens intermittently. As it is intermittent then it can't really be any issues with a firewall etc (Zonealarm).
It happens with IE7 and Firefox.

      Any ideas?

If your using wireless check that uPNP is switched off in the router menu.

Using both ethernet and wireless, connection goes on both pc's at same time. As sky are suffering email server probs i'm beginning to think it's them, as unplugging the router sometimes makes no difference.
