You aren't on SKY its a dream

Well hows this for funny, my sister after approx 2 month of being fobbed off with excuses after excuses finally got connected, she was connected for approx 2 week, working fine..
Then after finding out AOL where still billing she managed to get that cancelled, but an hour later SKY went off.this was I think Thursday, She's been onto SKY who gave the usual we will phone back, then next person she spoke to said wont be phoning now till after xmas

She's just spoke to SKY to support again who have argued with her that she has never been connected to SKY, problem with the line etc etc..
So they seem to think my sisters imagined being on SKY for last 2 week..
Now correct me if Im wrong, but the SKY router will only let her log onto SKY..

Yes, The Sky router is sent to you programmed with the LCP login details!

The ROUTER will only work (legally) on the Sky Connection!

Exactly what I told her, I've said to my sister phone them back and tell them email what they have told her to me so I can post it for all to laugh at..

amazing they send you a preprogrammed router which you can't "officially" mess with and then try to tell you it hasnt been connected at all it must have been connecting to AOL

MMmmm whats the odds of AOL having same login details as SKY

I've never had internet through the phoneline. We've got a fresh BT account for phone as we were on NTL and on Cable internet too.

I'm on Sky BB now but apparently I'm not - according to Sky - so similar problem to your sister I think.
