I got activated yesterday and got help to set everything up.
We followed everything in the instruction CD except we did not connect the Ethernet as that would be defeating the object of Wireless Broadband.
This is where I get stuck.
I could not logon to Sky Broadband as they have not sent me a password
I tested my speed on Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and found I was only getting 300k either way so I wonder if its because I have not logged on?
This was a first time connection as I had BT installed to take on ADSL and get Sky Broadband instead of the Cable broadband.
Can anyone give me any info in what I should do from here as I have no idea.
Obviously I need a logon password, but why can I logon to any broadband without logging on?
I am so confused.

If you've not been sent a username/password then call the support number (08705 515 515 - option 5) and ask for it to be resent.
The speed issue... it could be many things, you're connecting wirelessly, is the BB Box plugged into the master BT socket? Are ALL your telephone devices filtered (answering machines, faxes, digi boxes)? Finally, you could just be too far from the exchange or have a poor telephone line. The last two you can't do much about.
