      If I am not mistaken the last time you could change from BTIPSTREAM to LLU meant an engineer had to do the work in an exchange and not in your house.

      Someone at Sky has misunderstood the logistics me thinks.

      The sky person was correct in knowing that some wiring was involved and it was to be assumed that it was at the customers end.
      I am reaching the conclusion that Samknows etc status of LLUed is really about the ISP's equipment being installed physically and the trunking of their traffic is happening not that the customers end is operational.
      Happy to have got to connect@5 this week though.

      Yeh I think the same about Sam knows, until all the info is updated on different databases and they are all synced, I think this will always be the case.
