      Beginning to loose it!

      Does anybody know how to obtain BT Openreach work shedule information, even though my sky activation date was 26 October I have never had DSL signal, apparently there is a fault on the exchange (Byfleet) to be repaired by BT Openreach. I dont mind waiting and I appreciate they are very busy, but to wait around for something to be repaired without any target date is very frustrating.
      Also anybody know the email for skybroadband customer services, I may soon want my 40 back.

      Hi nocoolname.

      Sadly I don't think there is any way to get the BT work schedule info. I'm in much the same situation as you & have tried desperately since 10th October to find out when the problem will be resolved.

      Some useful e-mails:

      Broadband Customer Service broadbandcustomerservice @ bskyb.com

      Broadband Technical Support broadbandtechnicalsupport @ bskyb.com

      James Murdoch james.murdoch @ bskyb.com

      And don't forget to use the free phone number when calling Sky 0800 051 2595

      Maybe those emails addresses could be edited as;

      james.murdoch @ bskyb.com

      Saves the bots attacking his email account!

      Actually, that won't help much if at all. Any bots will be searching through the HTML code of the page which clearly reveals the email in its valid form. They can also strip out things like spaces in a possible email address as well as ruses such as using at instead of @.

      Obfuscating the address can be successful though not easily achieved in a forum post.

      Sorry to be pernickity
