      24 days wait for activation and no communication

      Hi
      Is this a common problem? Nuthin' doin' 24 days after supposed activation? No message of condolence from Sky. Silencio. I'm somehow lost in a parallel Universe, disconnected, floating.
      Any info as to what could be the problem? People seem to moan about slow speeds and a few days delay but this seems unbelievable. Maybe I'm not alone. The little green light just refuses to come on.

      Just some human contact with fellow sufferers would be comforting. 'Technical' seem anything but. I spent a frustrating time just trying to find out how to contact 'Customer couldn't Care less'. Is there a free helpline to them?

      I take it you have checked the BT checker to make sure you have been migrated ?

      You can try this number 0800 051 2595 not sure if its working again though.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
