      PSTN Cease

      First post .... first question!

I am migrating from Plusnet to SKY and have my router all set up and a intermittent connection to the internet (router keeps needing rebooting).

My concern is that this morning i got an email from PLUSNET stating that there is a cancellation order (aka PSTN Cease) has been placed on my telephone line.

Is this normal? Or should i be on to BT to make sure i dont lose my landline?

      thanks in advance

      Thanks for both replies Billy!

I posted on the other board then found this one on my travels!

Any solution to the disconnections then? Its early days yet (only went live on Sat) so was going to give it a couple of weeks to sort itself out.
