This is very unlikely to be a sky service problem, but most likely a problem with your pc. check to make sure you have no viruses, malware or spyware etc.

check you have the latest microsoft updates.

once that is done let us know if you are still having problems

also let us know which browser you are using

I agree there is something not right on your PC.

As for the Portal and email there is a forum full of problems with them.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

I had exactly this problem and boy I've spent a week fixing it.

It's nothing to do with sky but more likely to be McAfee if you've installed it (specifically the Privacy Service). I eventually managed to uninstall it but it also corrupted my .NET stuff so after going round in circles, multiple system restores, reinstalls and pain, it's now working and I can now successfully log into hotmail, yahoo mail, ebay and amazon!

      Hope that helps? (or not?)

ETA: p.s. Can also successfully log into Sky Portal now too

Well judging from personal experience, I can get onto Hotmail, SkyMail, Portal etc etc! And I have McAfee on!
