just been on the phone to sky because i couldnt login to the portal, however they are telling me that my account has been cancled and that they are awaitin g the return of my router!
however i am connected to sky broadband fine at the moment with no problems at all!
What shall i do?

what reason did they give for cancelling it? Or did you cancel it (or strongly suggest to them that you would at some time)?

I havent no, it was only activated yesterday. they just said it looks like its cancled through no fault of my own :S
And that they are awaiting return of their router!
The last woman i spoke to said well seen as though it is working just keep the router, as according to them i shouldnt have access!

Thats exactly what I was told I applied for Sky BB 18 August found out 10th September when I phoned that I had cancelled on the 6th September, I replied no I did not and I said I even have a router and was told no you don't so someone is not admitting to cancelling your account supposedly.
I would get onto them and ask them to get this sorted for you and I wouldn't be surprised if you are connected via BT on your exchange and Sky haven't Synced with BT so they may have to Cancel your order then you may need to reapply.
