Yeah shame on us not having to pay for a phoencall to a service that we're not getting. Double pain is I'm on Sky Talk so not only are they getting the call rate but there getting the whole call cost as well. on a positive note it shows how many people are on the forum.

ffcsteve, Actually being on SkyTalk is better! After a while if they dont sort your problem you can ask for a refund on your call!
As "they bill" you for your calls, They should be able to happily refund you the amount!

FibreOptic, they said providing me with broadband would be easy they lied. I changed my viewing package to the 21 service out of lack of satisfaction on the broadband front, the channel selection was correct on my TV but they still billed me 43.50 for the full package. Maybe I should write a list to Santa theres about of much chance of it getting done.

I'm happy with saving 22.50 a month, it looks like it will be eaten up by BT or Zen ISP as Sky are not helping at all. Although is it 08702404040 to get CRT if so what ext are they on.

And dont fall for "We are currently sorting the isssue out"

Also on MySky, What does it list in your profile as it what Pack?

When the previous free number stopped working this one sprung up quick enough. Perhaps another new one will crop up.
