I spoke to Sky Tech Support this morning and they advise me that my noise margin and Line Attenuation are TOO HIGH
The Noise Margin should be between 5 and 8 db and the Line attenuation should be a lot less than what it is (39 db is too high)
They said they will try and do some work on the exchange to bring these figures down and they seem to think that my line is capable of higher speeds.
So they said they would call me in 2-3 days to let me know what has happened.

thats crazy, 39db is dam good and 10.5db is perfect aswell, as even with a drop of 2-3db will remain stable.
take it that was someone from t1 you where speaking with.

I agree with the theg33k
As you are on the Mid package I would say Stats look fine though speed seems a little lower than I would have expected.Ray
Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
