      customer service retardation

      my skybb was suppose to be active on the 30th nov.. and nothing, getting the error "lcp is alllowed to come up".

      rang sky, they fed the usual crap, acting like im a retard. they gave me a number n said wait 5 days.. i did and.............nothing.

      rang yesterday, told them that they hadnt called back, the guy tried the same crap, told him to shut up and put me through to a smart person. then he told me that the nuber i was given wasnt even imputted in the systems. b

      bunch of clowns, gotta wait another 5 days now.. but at least its tier3

      there deffo getting a compliait letter no matter what

      Yer simalar problem to me. Im still awaiting a call back.
      I wouldnt say all sky customer support are numptys but some are. There are some that really do try and help.
      Tier 1 have to make sure youve gone thru all the tests before they can refer you to tier 2 or 3. Its just the rules of there system.

      Think its to cut down on just everything being refered to tier 2/3.

      Any way hope they get back to you as i hope they get back to me.
