    Ordered Last Tuesday

    This is a discussion on Ordered Last Tuesday within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; I think that Sky only dispatches the router once they've submitted the order to BT ....

      I think that Sky only dispatches the router once they've submitted the order to BT.

      Well I still haven't had any letter or received my router, I'm going to phone tonight if I get the chance.

      Just phoned Sky just now and was told to phone back in a couple of hours as their system is being updated.

      I keep forgetting that today is a bank holiday in England as up here it is a normal day. I fired of an email to the customer support email address I found on this website, if I don't get a reply though I'll just phone them tomorrow night.

      Nothing when I got home today either.

      I'm going to phone them tonight to see where the order is at because I feel that I should have had some sort of correspondence by now.

      Never got round to phoning them last night because something came up but I called them just there when I got home as nothing had arrived yet. Was told the order had been cancelled, I didn't cancel it and was not notified it had been cancelled. Went through the process again, reluctant to give them credit card details, will no doubt end up with two 20 activation fees being charged. Expecting a letter now by Friday and if I don't get it by Friday I'm cancelling the lot, TV as well, won't miss it I hardly watch it and I'm on the basic package anyway. Why do they make these things so difficult??

      Will keep you updated on how this progresses!!
