      I am due to be enabled on the say date as humfer. Does the sky BB work from the 8th or do you have to wait till the 13th for the cease before you can use sky BB?

      It should work from the 8th, sometimes you can have 2 isps running side by side until your old isp ceases.

      Well I am shocked - have just installed it all and its working!!!! Had tried to log onto Wanadaoo earlier and it kept refusing to connect me, so assume they have stopped my service. Therefore connected box up and it went green pretty much straight away. Had the odd problem with the wireless adaptor (well I am stupid!) but all is running fantastic at the moment

      Need to sort of Outlook later but surprised that my old Wanadoo email account is working - assume this will stop soon.

      Just tried to log into the sky broadband account and its saying the username is not recognised (works ok on the main sky.com account). Maybe it will take a day or so to sort itself out. I take it that Sky email is explorer based rather than outlook then?
