      BT Socket Wiring

      Just got connected today so in Training mode, I read somewhere to check if your Telephone sockets have more than the required two connections then remove them for a better connection speed ??

      My master has all wires connected will it really make any differance ?

      It really depends on your stats - post them here and im sure someone will be able to help...

      To post login to router http://192.168.0.1 user admin password sky then
      click show statistics at the bottom of the page and copy and paste the results from the window which opens...

      Just got connected today so in Training mode
      If you mean the ADSL Max training mode, that does not apply to MAX, MID, or BASE, just Connect

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 1760 kbps 416 kbps
      Line Attenuation 61.0 db 31.5 db
      Noise Margin 7.5 db 13.0 db
