      Angry Migration, A NIGHTMARE!

Following on from my pevious posts. Waiting over 3 months for my Sky Broadband, and then to be told that the migration from Orange/Wanadoo to Sky was cancelled by BT some time back!? I have been TRYING to get another MAC code from Orange, and have spent 40 minutes being passed from one person to another by Orange. They reluctantly agreed to issue another MAC code, but will I get it? They had no record of my first request for a MAC code, when I rang them last on Sunday. Then I will have to go through the same process again with Sky Broadband, and possibly they will make another mistake. ITS A NIGHTMARE, AND I DONT THINK I CAN STAND MUCH MORE OF THIS, BEFORE I GO COMPLETELY MAD!

Somethings not right, if they have no record of your first MAC been issued why try and charge you 12 for one, if the first one is free.

Will you get it? You should do if they have said they will issue it.

Something is not right. I dont think Orange or even Sky know what they're doing. They just muddle on hoping things will sort themselves out. I will let you know when I get the MAC code.
