Yeah I was told about 6 weeks ago that I needed a mac code, but then transferred to customer services who said 'no you don't need a mac code, its just a straight swap'
Anyway, after all that, spoke to this guy in provisioning who told me the guys who were dealing with it before had completly ****ed it up, and he was going to sort it out for me....
That was over a month ago now, can't be ****d to keep chasing them, so guess I'll just leave it till they decide to 'automatically' do it.... lets face it, if I've been waiting since October, could be a good few months yet.
Don't know if they are waiting for more ports in the exchanges or somethin?
