      Explorer 7 and McAfee prob

      Hi All,

      I have installed the free 1 year McAfee software that came with the router and have recently upgraded to Explorer 7 (have Windows XP installed).
      I find that if I have explorer active on one account then switch to another user, I cannot connect to the internet. The following error message appears:-

      Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
      Program: C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE

      I recently read somewhere that it was the SpamKiller that was causing the problems. Have disabled it, but I am still getting the issue.

      Thanks in advance,
      Paul.

      I get that as well sometimes and I use Nod 32 and Sunbelt (kerio) firewall.

      Try using FF or Opera, both superior imho

      Thanks Guys for replying so quickly. I will have a scout around and see if there are any settings that need to be applied to stop this from happening.

      It's annoying because if I am downloading stuff from the Internet and my kids want to surf on their login, they can't!!!!!!

      Cheers,
      Paul.
