Sky Broadband available packages

Base Up to 2Mb download speed with a 2GB monthly usage cap there is a £40 Activation fee but there is no monthly fee,
This package would be suitable for someone who just uses the internet for Email and online shopping.

Mid Up to 8Mb download speed with a 40GB monthly usage cap a £20 Activation fee and £5 per month,
This package would be suitable for online gaming, occasional downloads and general internet use.

Max Up to 16Mb download speed with Unlimited usage (subject to fair usage policy, we are still waiting for this from Sky that we requested by email) FREE Activation and £10 per month,
this would be suitable for heavy general internet usage and a family with more then one computer,

All of the above packages are on the Sky LLU service.

Connect Up to 8Mb download speed with a 40GB usage cap a £40 Activasion fee and £17 per month,
This is on the standard MAX service for customers who wish to move to Sky but is not LLU enabled at there exchange.

Connect quetion

So "Connect" is just transfering your current broadband service to Sky in non-LLU areas? I have 512kb broadband through Prodigy so transfering to "Connect" is just mean getting the same 512kb service but with Sky as my ISP? It's not going to increase my speed or anything?

Thanks
A
