am I on the max llu package?

Got activated yesterday (on time) and my line stats are similar to when I was on adsl max, ie my upload speed has remained at 416 but I thought it should be about 766. Does being on LLU mean I should be uploading at 766 or is there a "training" period like on adsl max?

Try posting the router stats please

If you are unsure how to log into the router do the following
Click on the link http://192.168.0.1 and a pop-up box will appear enter the following
      Username: admin
      Password: sky
At the bottom of the Router Status page you will see a row of button click on the Show Statistics one and a small window will open with the stats.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

It is possible but doubtful that Sky have put you on the wrong package. A call to them would be the easiest way to find out.

From your question title you are on Sky Max so it is likely that Sky have either capped you or you are suffering from a problem that is affecting a number of other customers. See the Are you on MAX and been capped at 416 Up thread - you may wish to add your details to it? Again, a call to Sky may give you more information.

Bear in mind that all quoted speeds are "up to". The actual speed you connect at is subject to your line quality. The speed you down/upload at will be less again due to transmission overheads. This post will give you a little more info on connection speeds.

There is no training period for Sky LLU products, only for Sky Connect.

I've moved your thread to the Sky Broadband Help forum where you are more likely to get additional responses.

      Stats are as follows;

Modulation: G.992.1 Annex A FOR ADSL2 SHOULD THIS NOT BE G.992.2?
      Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 416 / 7,136
      Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/MB]: 199.69 / 611.98
      Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 0.5 / 19.5
      Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 26.5 / 43.0
      SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 14.0 / 3.5

Using my speedtouch 585v6 router as it gives better line stats and enables a faster connection. (I have tweaked my snr to be at that level although on adsl max it was stable at 1,5db!)
I am synced faster than I was when on adsl max, and speedtests I have done seem consistent unlike max

I have rang SKy and they have told me it can take upto 3 days once activated to be set up correctly. I have done a line check with prodigy.net and it says adsl line

I will post my stats in the thread mentioned above as well.
