      Aint MAX'S upload 766kbps? As I can recall my UPSTREAM going up when being moved onto ADSL1?

      Oh and dont take "sorry" your line candle handle it as a way out!

      I stayed on the phone for 2-3 hours while they decided to uncap me lol!

      As i expected he couldnt help me so he has got tier3 to call back within 48 hrs. Im not expecting this call as i have already been waiting 7 days for them to call.
      Oh i reset the router with a pin and it has fixed 15.5 bug but my sync is still 8096..
