Sky 0800 number
It seems Sky have now stopped the 0800 051 2595 number as I seem to have been getting an engaged tone all day anyone else experienced this?
If they have I think it is a disgusting way of treating customers let alone gross exploitaition making customers pay a national rate number for support.
I think we should start a petition to get it reinstated

I've just used it for an update - works fine."If you are planning for a year, sow rice;
if you are planning for a decade, plant trees;
if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people."

Just keep trying, I think they might limit the calls allowed through it. I spent £70 before finding out about the 0800 number. Last Saturday I was even put through to Tier 3 within minutes! Either the service is getting better or they are sick of seeing my number come up. Thank god for this forum otherwise I'd have taken out a second mortgage by now.
