I asked for interleave to be turned off, they did and my ping went from 90 to 25 playing Enemy Territory. Had to get through to tier 3 for them to do it and it took 6 days to get through........I'm on the mid package.

Hmmm i rang Sky Tier 3 and they said they cant switch interleaving off for my sky max package, as its adsl2+ but they can for the 8mb package - if was to downgrade would i be put on a bt line like my old nildram 8mb connection? Or would i stay on sky's line as my exchange has been unbundled?
