      Line checker show PROVIDE today - ive cancelled tho ??

      Help guys im confused even more today, cancelled last week due to no connection 30th oct and no idea from sky when it would be fixed

      today on line tracker it says provide again, will i finally get connected ??
      should it be connected ??

      Reading that they have now enabled your LLU connection but if you cancelled it it will vanish again call SkyBB TS and find out whats going on.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      have done wheelie

      seeing as they havent yet told me anything thats not a lie

      spoke to a guy called eddie my order is on provisional cancel and the 2 systems dont match up !!

      he is going to email a manager to activate the cancel, seems like my constant emails to Maryann Mackay and Isobel Keddie asking for a speedy cancellation

      hasnt worked at all

      id be happy with a connection or a cancellation after 2 months with no internet at home


      driving to a mates house twice a day has been a pain in the **** !!

      im not lucky enough to have BB at work cus i work at home

      Only thing I can think that may help you now is for you to try calling this number (0207 7053000) and ask to speak to the Customer Relations Team and explain it all to them.
