Should be activated on monday 27th, but my 'i' light is already green

hi all, i just ordered sky BB mid package and have been told that the activation date confirmed with my old ISP BT is this monday the 27th of november. i read somewhere that once the line is active and ready to access the internet, the 'i' on the router will light up steady green, but my internet 'i' light is already steady green when everything is connected, but no net connection yet. just curious that's all...what should i be looking out for on the router to let me know it's all ready to go?

      thanks.

glad to be part of the team

Its just synched to your old connection but of course the authentication fails. Your existing connection should drop first before Sky BB works.

As John has said its your existing connection that you are seeing but you can go here BT Checker to see what thats says ?
Order tracking: Landline orders You will need to register if you don't already have an account.

      Good luck for Monday.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
