      Talking Sky technical support email?

      Hi there,

I remember seeing on here a while ago that there is an email address to contact the technical support department.

I am on connect and my exchange has just been enabled. What to find out how i go about getting over onto the max package.

      Anyone got the address?

      Thanks

Fox - there is nothing you can do (documented) that you can do to get transferred. You will have to wait for them to move you I am afraid

Do like me and keep ringing them on the free phone number going through to TS not CS and wait till you get someone that says they will put you through on a manual order still dont know if it was a load of BS but that is how i have gone about it, still nothing showing about the change over though

Emailed them last night but still havent heard anything from them. Not even an automated response.

Email the two tech support addresses and also emailed the normal sky customer services trying to blag a sky + box for 49.99.

ps anyone know anyone who is getting sky? I'm after a free sky plus box for referring a a friend. Willing to drop someone a few quid for there troubles. Think can get away with someone who has just signed up for sky as only need to provide contract numbers.

When you find someone to get you a Sky + box, could you ask them for one for me as well?
