    what the hell??

    This is a discussion on what the hell?? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; Ok so my connection sucks. im sposed to be getting like 12mbps but thats just not happening. im getting around ...

      what the hell??

      Ok so my connection sucks. im sposed to be getting like 12mbps but thats just not happening. im getting around 4. so like 20 mins ago my connection when up to 7mbps which i havnt saw it do for ages, then it disconnected and now its back to 3.6???
      whats going on?
      ok as i tried to post just it disconnected and now its back to 6.5mbps???

      annnnnd now its back to 3.6.
      basically it just keeps changing from 6.5 to 3.6 every 3 or so minutes?

      Have you tired:

      1) a different filter?

      2) the master socket?

      3) the test socket behind the master socket?

      I havnt got a test socket, ill change the filter now.

      Same situation for me, i'm supposed to get 10-12 mbs but I only get 7.

      My dad rang sky earlier. there gona ring us back. if they dont by 2mo we will ring them cus thats just taking the ****.
      my internet speed now officially sucks. my msn takes like 20 mins 2 sign in and my internet frequently disconnects. very unhappy.

      I was supposed to get 10-14Mb aswell.. Now I only see 13Mb

      Seems they are fixing summot?

      Need a stable server to test with!
