    changing packages

      changing packages

      if say someone was on the max packageŁ10pm but wants to change to the basic iinternet (free) do sky charge etc for changes within the 12 months ?

      I'm pretty sure the T&Cs state you cant downgrade for 12mths, but you can upgrade.

      cant downgrade in the 1st 12months, only upgrade.

      i spoke to a nice scottish girl stating that i wanted to downgrade to the base package and she did it for me
