      re:

The 416 up is the MID package profile. If thats what your getting, and your down settings are not peaking over 8096 it looks like your profile has been set up to the MID. You will need to contact sky.

Surely on MAX it should be 768 and not 416 ? or has something changed and it is no longer that upload speed? If this is the case, then Sky need to do some explaining, and we need to change our lovely pictures.

Sorry for the confusion here, it is the MAX customers who are getting 416 up

It looks like some MAX customers have been given a MID profile, but its all gone quiet

Have a great few days off m8

And even the ones with a max upload speed (as in my case) are only getting 300 at best - so even when your profile is right the speed seems to be capped/traffic managed.

There seems to be quite a number of people who have a router upstream connection speed of 416kbps. In another thread there's a report that Sky have said this is a temporary problem affecting ~approx 1000 customers. Whether this proves to be correct will I guess become apparent some time soon.

Your problem dingdong is different though. Are many people reporting the correct router upstream connection speed for their service but an apparently capped actual? I haven't noticed the posts other than yours.

Just to confirm, my upload has not changed. I am connected at 766kbs and I just uncapped it in utorrent and it shot up from 50 peaking at 87kB/s
